Meet Massiel Rodriguez, B.M.

I am a musician whose career has always been deeply connected to both the stage and music education. My work is grounded in the strong musical foundation I received through my studies in Cuba and enriched by the diverse experiences I have gained throughout my professional career.

Over the years, these two worlds –performance and education– have shaped who I am as an artist, pianist, vocal coach, music director, and teacher.

My passion for education led me to create Florida Music & Art Academy, where I bring together musical training, creativity, and an individualized approach to help students grow with confidence and independence.

At the same time, the stage has remained an essential part of my career. My work in Musical theatre, as a music director, vocal coach, and collaborative pianist, has allowed me to combine music with storytelling, performance, and collaboration. Today, that journey continues through my role as a Musical Theatre CPD Tutor with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD)

For me, performance and education are not separate paths– they are two parts of the same musical journey.
